I know something you don’t know.
I have the privilege of conducting and/or editing every single Q&A in OrangeWIP, so I get to see the roughly 30-80% of the conversation that gets chopped away before it’s polished and published. That’s never easy.
Most founders have so much to share that it’s tough to tease out a balance of narrative and insight without feeling bad about what’s left out. This is one of the challenges I like most about writing, and also what is most frustrating.
This month, I decided to indulge myself a little and revisit the discussions we’ve had since launch. I went through all the digital platforms and the Hello Chaos Podcast. It wasn’t any easier this time to choose just one insight from what hadn’t previously made it to OrangeWIP’s pages, but it was nice to at least share a little bit more with you.
So, please, enjoy this collective wisdom from South Carolina’s entrepreneurial community. Interestingly, even when assembling quotes from founders’ varying backgrounds, ages, and stages of business, they all fit together. It’s almost as if everyone has their own chapter that’s part of one great story.
